About The Silver Bugle..

The Silver Bugle was originally created for ALL Light Infantrymen - past and present, and for the families of those who served with the 'Light Infantry' and its former regiments. In February of 2007 the 'Light Infantry' no longer existed as a regiment of the line. The regiment merged with the 1st and 2nd Battalions the Royal Green Jackets, the D&DLI, and the RGBWLI to form The Rifles. Our duty now is to support our new regiment and those who served with our former regiments.
